• President of the Board of Conciliation and Decision, presiding Board No. 17 of the Province of Panama
• Labor Tribunal composed by three members with jurisdiction in all the Republic (1996-1999)
• Partner of the Law Firm Ordóñez, Sánchez & Associates (1999-currently)
